  • How do I connect/ pair the remote and the car?
The majority of our controllers use very similar stratigies to pair to the car. To do this: Hold the pairing button until you see the LED lights flash, let go of the pairing button, and turn the car on. Once LED light is stable, you have now connected the remote to the car.

  • What does a battery upgrade do?
A battery upgrade give the car a longer life span when running, and also offers faster charging!
  • I have received my ride on with blemishes, why is this?
Unfortunately in some cases this is something that cannot be avoided. Our cars are not finished with a polish as this would put prices considerably higher. All ride-on cars/motorbikes have fabricated bodies without post-process; therefore, you will always see imperfections and blemishes on the body & windscreen. To help keep the costs down, the manufacturing process favours speed. If the body of the vehicle were to go through a polishing process after fabrication, the prices would make these ride-on toys unattainable by most. In the interest of hiding some of these blemishes and imperfections, some car models have a layer of paint added to them; however, even with this, because the body is not polished, the flaws sometimes come through the paint-work too.
  • Are all remotes the same and will they connect to all cars?
No. In most cases, our ride on cars do have different remotes to eachother, however some brands do have the same remotes and frequencies.
  • What’s the difference between a 12v and 24v battery?
The 12v battery carries a little less power and energy which is perfect for our smaller and lighter model of cars. Our 24v battery tend to be for our larger vehicles as the batteries are more powerful and can take the weight and power of these vehicles.
  • Can I leave my ride on car on charge for as long as I want?
No. The charge time can not exceed more than 10 hours as this can kill the battery and you may end up having to order a new one! Warranty does not cover this.
